can not upload the report pdf file

Dear Organizer,
We are trying to upload the report, but it is always loading and the pdf file can not be uploaded; If I keep the description area empty, then I can see the pdf file displayed, but still can not be uploaded successfully; If I write something in the description area, then even the pdf file name was not displayed, so is there something wrong with the submission? One hour left only.

Hello,
there was a bug in KP's report submission system. Fortunately, we were able to fix it. We are very sorry for all the inconvenience.
Anyone who would like to send us additional information about their solutions is welcome to send the pdf file to the contact email.
