Actually I got panic tonight since 8pm (my GMT+4) as I could not access the competition url portal, it always shows ""Fortinet" wasn’t installed properly on your computer or network. Ask your IT administrator to resolve this issue.", if I chose "continue", then it pops up error that your knowledgePit does not have a valid SSL certificate, I got stuck and guess that my University IT dept. just updated the new Firewall security policy tonight to block all those website without valid SSL certificate, unfortunately it looks like your KnowledgePit was one of them. I can not upload the screenshots of the errors in this Forum, otherwise I will send it to you if you can provide me your email address and investigate it with your development team.

Meanwhile I have sent one ticket to our University's IT dept. and seek their help, most probably they will come back to me next week and I will keep you updated accordingly.

Finally my solution is to use the individual personal WIFI to access the competition portal and managed to finish the submissions before the cut off time.
