1. In that scenario who all will be invited to present a short paper in the conference ?
2. Who will receive the free conference registration ?
3. Will there be any travel support to attend the conference ?

The official announcement of the winners will indeed be made during the conference dinner, however, all results will be published a few days after completion of the competition.
Regarding your questions:
Ad1. We will invite authors of several solutions based on their final ranking, practical usefulness and originality. The exact number of invitations will be decided when we receive all reports.
Ad2. The free registrations will be granted to authors of the three top-ranked solutions.
Ad3. No, unfortunately, we do not have funds to compensate travel expenses of invited participants.
