Hope this message finds you well, the organizers has fixed the technical issue and now the report submission is working, I just submitted my report online (You may just select the options in the forms and write a description paragraph for whatever you have done in this competition, the attached document report is only optional, not a must).

for those who still could not see the website, please just clear your browser history, then refresh it.
