We have encountred similiar problem - timer in the system was counting till 23:59 GMT., which is 2.a.m. time in Warsaw. We wanted to make few more submissions before deadline, however the system rejected our submissions and displayed "Too late for solution upload", while the timer was showing that there is 43 minuts left. (We have this on screenshot)

As I wrote in my previous post, server admins are looking into this issue. After they identify the problem, we will re-open the submission system for a few additional hours. It will enable teams that did not manage to submit their last solutions to send them for evaluation.

The planned opening time will be decided when we have the confirmation that the problem is fixed, however, it will most likely be tomorrow evening (CEST time). I will confirm the exact evaluation system opening hours in a separate post on this forum.
