Why solution deadline was 2 hours earlier than planned?

In the schedule it is clearly written that the solution deadline should be June 9, 2019 (23:59 GMT). However, it's still before 23:59, and I can't submit new solutions anymore since ~22 GMT because it's "too late for solution upload". It's unfair (for example because of that I didn't upload all of my solutions that I wanted to upload today).

+1, literally wasted 2 hours of the sunday night to tune the hyperparameters only to see that the competition has ended before schedule
