Welcome to the TrichoLAB Challenge!

The task in this competition is to design an algorithm for accurate marking of follicle positions on microscopic images.

In the Data files folder, apart from the challenge data, you can find a jupyter notebook that displays exemplary images from the training data set and produces a random (but correctly formatted) solution.
