Dear Participants of AAIA’16 Data Mining Challenge,

Today we made available an additional data set with some more training data to all teams that fulfilled the requirements stated in the task description section (at least 10 correctly formatted and reasonable submissions).

The data set, apart from additional data for the main workings which were already present in the initial training data, contains a portion of data for completely new longwalls.

The teams which did not qualify to receive the additional data set will still have a chance to obtain it – see Task Description for more details.

Let me tell you that we are all excited to see how the additional data will influence your results :-)
